We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location within a medieval castle added a unique and charming atmosphere to our experience. The staff were not only extremely friendly and helpful, but also provided top-notch service. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room amenities were excellent, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay, including a comfortable sitting area and a terrace where we could enjoy the beautiful views. The on-site restaurant offered a delicious breakfast with made-to-order eggs and a varied menu for dinner. We also loved the access to the beach club, which was amazing. we were impressed with the attention to detail and the enhanced comfort provided by this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is stunning, right on the lakefront. The hotel facilities are well-maintained and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the receptionists. Breakfast was delicious with a lovely patio to enjoy the view.

What a great way to start the year! The stunning location of this hotel, right by the lake, made for a perfect spot to enjoy the New Year’s Eve fireworks display. The private beach was a superb bonus and we enjoyed an unforgettable evening of live music and drinks there. The service was attentive and the food was excellent - using only regional products. We particularly enjoyed the special touches such as the weather forecast and cookie before bed and the ‘tips of the day’ at breakfast. A truly wonderful way to welcome the new year!

Although the staff was always polite, we were disappointed that there was no tea or coffee facilities in the room and that there wasn’t a late checkout option available. These minor inconveniences aside, the hotel provided a fantastic experience that we would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a memorable New Year's celebration.

The location was perfect, overlooking a beautiful lake and surrounded by stunning mountains. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. We enjoyed delicious meals at the hotel restaurant and appreciated the variety of excursions offered by the hotel. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's spa, which offered a range of relaxing treatments.

While most aspects of our stay were very enjoyable, we did find that the rooms were a bit outdated and could have used some renovation. we were disappointed to find that there was no tea or coffee making facilities in our room.

Staying in an absolutely stunning old castle renovated in 1492 is an unforgettable experience. The location on the lake is unbeatable and the restaurant offers delicious meals without needing reservations around 7 pm. The attention to detail in the room, bathroom, and service is impressive and the breakfast is delicious with regional products. , the facilities offered are excellent, including a private beach with attentive staff and great boat trips.

There is one aspect of the hotel that needs improvement, the Wi-Fi connection is not the best.
